Cloud Sales Consultant – Jazz Pakistan

Job Description

The Cloud Sales Consultant at Jazz plays a key role in guiding corporate clients with expert advice on Cloud & IT solutions. You’ll help businesses enhance performance by leveraging Jazz’s complete Cloud portfolio, while building strong long-term client relationships through engagement, upselling, retention, and overall satisfaction.
This role reports to the Regional Manager Cloud Central.


Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored Cloud/IT solutions.

  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

  • Ensure retention and recovery within the assigned portfolio.

  • Conduct regular B2B visits to large enterprise customers to drive Cloud & IT sales.

  • Increase revenue penetration in tagged accounts, handle complaints, manage after-sales, and onboard new clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships for ongoing revenue and new product sales.

  • Focus on major wins in Large Accounts.

  • Visit accounts regularly and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

  • Collaborate with B2B Executives, Pre-Sales, Customer Engagement, Sales Coordinators, Credit & Control, Finance, and Product teams.


Key Deliverables

  • Meet and exceed KPIs for Cloud Sales, Retention, and Portfolio Management.


Requirements

  • Knowledge of digitalization, big data, security, ad-tech, IT hardware, IoT, and emerging technologies.

  • Proven Enterprise sales experience with Cloud & IT products.

  • Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, or tech companies.

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Engineering, IT, or Business preferred).

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to translate business needs into effective solution designs.

  • Strong understanding of the corporate market and portfolio management.
