Unilever is hiring a Project Delivery Manager – Foods to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder satisfaction.
Deliver projects safely, on-time, within scope and budget.
Monitor annual cash flows and ensure resource availability.
Coordinate internal and external teams for seamless project execution.
Develop and review project plans, manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
Partner with factory/site teams and finance for business case preparation and capitalization.
Manage consultants, contractors, and procurement activities.
Implement EEM 7 steps methodology and ensure minimal operational downtime.
Develop engineering team capabilities through training and workshops.
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
Incorporate digitization, sustainability, and safety KPIs for a future-ready supply chain.
BSc. in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
9–12 years of experience in engineering, preferably in FMCG.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
