Educational Requirements:
• Graduation (14 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university.
• Attested degrees/certificates from HEC or relevant educational boards.
Professional Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a well-reputed organization.
Key Responsibilities & Competencies:
• Strong listening, learning, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Fluency in spoken English and Urdu; proficiency in regional languages will be an advantage.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a high standard of service.
• Assist customers with product/service inquiries, procedures, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain quality service delivery, follow call scripts, and adhere to organizational policies and standards.
Terms & Conditions:
Selected candidate will undergo a 6-month probation period, extendable based on performance.
Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for test/interview.
Any false information will result in disqualification.
Government/Semi-Government employees must provide an NOC at the time of application.
A 5-year age relaxation is already included in the advertised age limit.
Selected candidate must submit Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
No TA/DA will be provided.
Attested academic documents must be presented at the time of interview.
Females, Minorities, Transgender persons, and Differently-abled individuals are encouraged to apply.
Electronic gadgets (mobile phones, smart watches, etc.) are not allowed during tests/interviews.
