Cloud Data Pvt Ltd is seeking motivated and target-oriented individuals to join our team as Field Recovery Officers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts and maintaining strong communication with clients.

Position Details

Salary: PKR 37,000/- + Incentives
Qualification: Matric / Intermediate / Graduation

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and goal-driven Debt Collector who can effectively contact debtors and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate fluently in Punjabi or Saraiki (spoken & typing)

• Manage assigned accounts and track outstanding debts

• Plan effective strategies to achieve recovery targets

• Locate and contact debtors regarding pending payments

• Negotiate payment plans or payoff deadlines

• Address queries, concerns, and complaints professionally

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account records

• Build and maintain trustful relationships with debtors

• Regularly update payment statuses and recovery data

• Escalate cases where debtors are unwilling or unable to pay

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines

Requirements

• Prior experience in debt collection or recovery (preferred)

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and achieve targets

• Strong sense of urgency, determination, and discipline

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills

• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements is a plus

Compensation

Salary: Rs. 37,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
