METRO Pakistan is looking for a Manager Sales Force – HoReCa/O&I to lead, develop, and drive the sales team towards achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic plans to grow business by understanding local market dynamics.
Achieve sales, profit, and performance targets.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance (turnover, profitability, margin, losses, frequency, avg. sales) to make data-driven decisions.
Gather, assess, and communicate customer needs, expectations, and demands, proposing quick and effective solutions.
Monitor market activities and competitor strategies to support METRO’s strategic direction and recommend action plans.
Collaborate with Regional Field Operations Manager, Area Manager, Customer Experience Managers, and District Sales Managers.
Participate in customer portfolio selection with Store Managers and District Sales Managers.
Drive customer activation by increasing the number of new buying customers.
Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain regular contact with key customers to understand their needs and build long-term relationships.
Review, supervise, and approve day-to-day operational activities of the sales team.
Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
