Director (Quality Management) – Contractual – National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA)

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education (mandatory).

• All degrees must be attested by HEC.

Professional Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in relevant QA/quality management roles.

• Preferably certified in Six Sigma or Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE).

• Additional certifications in leadership or project management will be a plus.

Job Location

• Islamabad HQ

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software quality assurance across all development cycles.

• Review system requirements, design documentation, and test plans.

• Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and security guidelines.

• Monitor quality metrics and implement improvements in testing processes.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve identified issues.

• Prepare and present quality assessment reports to senior management.

• Plan, execute, and oversee Quality Audits.

• Evaluate equipment/software specifications to ensure compliance with requirements.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in software QA, testing methodologies, and quality frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with test planning, defect tracking, and process evaluation.

• Ability to lead QA teams and manage complex testing assignments.

• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.

Terms & Conditions

1. Initial contract period is 5 years, extendable based on requirements.

2. Management reserves the right to accept or reject applications without providing any reason.

3. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the test/interview.

4. Providing false information will result in disqualification.

5. Government / Semi-Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with the application.

6. Age relaxation will be granted as per applicable rules.

7. Selected candidate must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

8. No TA/DA will be provided.

9. HEC-attested degrees or relevant regulatory attestation must be presented at the interview.
