The Executive Customer Operations will support business growth by facilitating new customer acquisitions, ensuring quality installation and network rehabilitation, and assisting with operational and administrative tasks to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks to meet Territory Service KPIs.
Oversee deployment and installation of new customer connections.
Conduct field visits to monitor installation, network rehabilitation, and sales activities.
Coordinate with Network & Technology teams for prompt complaint resolution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Education: BS in Telecom or Electrical Engineering
Experience: 0–1 year (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Knowledge: Telecom network operations (Copper/GPON)
Understanding of KPIs and basic team management
Customer handling and networking skills (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel/Word
Awareness of HSE protocols and telecom infrastructure operations
