Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• MBA (Finance) / M.Com / ACCA / ACMA / CA Inter

Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity

• Ability to independently manage financial matters in a reputable organization

• Preference for candidates with development-sector experience

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of financial management, policies, procedures, and controls

• Teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, Outlook, ERP

• Excellent communication skills
