Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage retail store development and construction projects

• Handle project budgeting and contractor management

• Supervise projects in line with approved plans and layouts

• Manage multiple retail projects simultaneously

• Ensure timely execution and quality compliance

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors

Required Qualifications

• Education: BS in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Project Management

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of project coordination and budgeting

• Experience in contractor and vendor management

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
