Site Manager – Infrastructure Project – Jadeed Group of Companies

Jadeed Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager (Infrastructure) to lead and manage major civil and infrastructure works for a Housing Society project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring quality execution, and effectively controlling contractors’ performance to meet project timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily site activities related to infrastructure development.

• Monitor, evaluate, and control contractor progress to ensure timely project completion.

• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders for smooth execution.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality benchmarks.

• Track project resources, schedules, and budgets with accurate and timely reporting.

• Identify, resolve, and proactively manage technical and on-site challenges.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or

• B-Tech / D.A.E (Civil Engineering)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Site Manager in infrastructure or heavy civil projects.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of roads, culverts, drainage systems, water supply networks, and sewerage lines.

• Proven leadership ability to manage multiple teams and contractors.

• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
