The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for leading assigned areas or districts, developing effective sales strategies, and driving growth for Food Services products within the designated territory.
Develop new markets and customer accounts within the food service channel
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, caterers, event planners, and institutional clients
Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets
Identify market potential and onboard new food service accounts
Manage front-line customer relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
Coordinate shipping schedules and timely product delivery
Implement local market initiatives and promotional activities to enhance brand performance
Monitor pricing, contracts, and customer agreements to ensure competitiveness and profitability
Analyze market trends, technologies, and competitor activities
Coordinate with internal departments and Food Service distributors
Communicate pricing trends, market issues, and customer feedback to management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Business orientation with excellent negotiation skills
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Financial planning and forecasting knowledge
Conflict resolution and relationship management
Product knowledge within food or FMCG sector
Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree)
Experience: 3–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Food Services or FMCG
