The Assistant Manager Sales (Solar) will play a key role in driving market engagement, understanding customer needs, and strengthening the sales pipeline. This position focuses on developing strategic sales initiatives, optimizing presales activities, and delivering exceptional customer value to support sustainable business growth.
Engage with customers through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and market research to understand client requirements and market trends.
Set individual and departmental goals aligned with overall company objectives and develop performance plans accordingly.
Conduct regular market visits and manage customer interactions using CRM systems.
Monitor sales performance, conduct reviews, and adjust strategies based on results.
Standardize presales processes and ensure adherence through proper training and execution.
Generate leads using a combination of inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
Review pricing structures and value propositions to remain competitive in the market.
Develop financial guidelines and negotiate payment terms with customers to ensure mutual benefit.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
MBA / BBA / BS in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience (preferably in solar or renewable energy sector)
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and external partners
