Implement approved sales and service plans in coordination with Branch Manager (BM) and Regional Manager (RM).
Achieve assigned sales targets by strictly following bank SOPs, ethics, and compliance standards.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and service excellence.
Promote and sell loan and asset products while ensuring genuine lending practices.
Identify potential customers, assess market opportunities, and expand the bank’s customer base.
Evaluate customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit framework.
Conduct physical verification of prospective clients to ensure authenticity and risk mitigation.
Clearly communicate product features, terms, and conditions to customers.
Ensure timely loan recoveries and maintain 100% collection performance through regular follow-ups.
Guide customers to deposit loan repayments strictly through authorized bank cash counters.
Handle customer legal documents with utmost care to prevent misuse or fraud.
Prepare weekly field activity plans and review deviations with the Line Manager.
Conduct monthly and quarterly customer meetings as per product programs.
Ensure strict compliance with loan booking policies, SBP regulations, and internal control standards.
Conduct market research to explore new business areas and strengthen existing markets.
Maintain high service standards and ensure zero customer complaints by adhering to fair treatment policies.
Report any suspected fraud, irregularities, or potential losses to the Line Manager or HOD.
Continuously update product knowledge and recommend improvements based on market and customer feedback.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred).
0–1 year of experience in sales, banking, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work in the field.
