Achieve territory sales targets (Primary & Secondary) by town, brand, and SKU
Manage and strengthen the distribution setup within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and trade customers
Ensure excellence in distribution operations to maximize product availability
Develop and execute field sales plans aligned with company objectives
Communicate and implement trade programs effectively in the market
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase market share
Provide regular market intelligence to counter competitor activities
Prepare and present sales and performance reports to management
Collaborate with team members and adapt to changing market dynamics
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
At least 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Effective stakeholder and relationship management
Negotiation and influencing skills
Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to change
