Bestway Cement Limited is seeking a motivated Jr. Officer – Administration to support administrative operations at its Kallar Kahar plant. The role focuses on effective management of facility services and transport operations to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.
Supervise housekeeping operations in hostels and plant areas in coordination with cleaning contractors.
Oversee canteen operations, verify bills, and validate submitted meal coupons.
Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of hostel furniture and facilities.
Prepare daily driver duty rosters and allocate vehicles as per operational requirements.
Manage site transport fleet including vehicle utilization, documentation, and operational records.
Handle transport-related correspondence with Head Office through the HOD.
Process transport bills and ensure timely submission for payment.
Coordinate with Head Office for renewal of vehicle registration books, route permits, and fitness certificates.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Education: Graduate
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant administrative or transport operations experience
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
