Job Purpose

As Assistant Manager – GFA, you will ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments, as well as regional and global teams, to enhance financial performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS and group guidelines.

• Oversee financial accounting and reporting systems.

• Liaise with auditors and internal/external stakeholders.

• Analyze financial and non-financial KPIs, providing insights for decision-making.

• Advise on technical accounting guidance and implement new standards.

• Drive process simplification and automation for continuous improvement.

• Support ad hoc initiatives and financial analysis as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
