RCDP, a leading Non-Banking Microfinance Company in Pakistan, is seeking a competent and motivated HR Officer for its Regional Office in Multan. The role involves managing core HR operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the regional office, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with company standards and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for the region.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
Address employee queries and provide HR-related support regarding leaves, attendance, and benefits.
Coordinate training and development initiatives for regional staff.
Education: MBA / BBA / BS in Human Resource Management
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR (experience in microfinance sector will be an advantage)
Sound knowledge of HR functions and Pakistan labor laws
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
