National Foods Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Data & Digital Delivery to lead its enterprise-wide data, analytics, AI, automation, and digital platforms strategy. This role will be responsible for designing, delivering, and governing scalable digital and data solutions that enable NFL to become a fully data-driven and AI-enabled organization.
The position will oversee the development of the enterprise Lakehouse, analytics platforms, AI/ML models, automation initiatives, and digital ecosystems including SFA, DMS, B2B, and D2C platforms, ensuring measurable commercial value and operational excellence.
Lead the vision, strategy, and enterprise adoption of data, digital, and AI initiatives aligned with business growth and transformation roadmaps.
Define, govern, and evolve the enterprise Data Lakehouse architecture ensuring scalability, stability, and performance.
Establish and enforce data governance, quality, security, and compliance standards across platforms, pipelines, and APIs.
Oversee delivery of analytics, BI, dashboards, and semantic layers, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Drive development and lifecycle management of AI/ML solutions including forecasting, optimization, predictive analytics, and AI copilots.
Lead enterprise automation initiatives using RPA, workflows, and AI agents to improve productivity and efficiency.
Ensure digital platforms (SFA, DMS, eB2B, D2C, field sales tools) deliver strong user experience and measurable ROI.
Establish portfolio governance for digital and data initiatives, ensuring prioritization, risk management, and value realization.
Define and track KPIs including MAPE improvement, OOS reduction, automation hours saved, adoption rates, uptime, and ROI.
Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
Evaluate business cases, proposals, and innovation opportunities for feasibility and cost-benefit analysis.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
Manage strategic vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and licensing to ensure cost efficiency and accountability.
Champion data literacy, digital fluency, and AI adoption through change management and capability-building initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, SCM, Marketing, HR, and Exports to embed analytics into decision-making.
Develop and manage multi-million PKR budgets, optimizing cloud and platform spend using FinOps principles.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, audit, and regulatory standards.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies including GenAI, RPA, low-code platforms, IoT, and Vision AI.
Lead digital talent strategy including hiring, upskilling, succession planning, and performance management.
Represent Data & Digital Delivery in leadership forums, steering committees, and enterprise programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
15+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, and digital delivery.
5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale digital and data initiatives.
Strong expertise in Lakehouse architecture, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), APIs, AI/ML, and automation.
Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
