Compliance & Risk Officer – Rural Community Development Programme -RCDP

• Location: Regional Office, Multan

• Experience Required: 5–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and internal controls

• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews

• Ensure adherence to AML/CFT, SBP regulations, and applicable laws

• Investigate fraud, compliance breaches, and operational risks

• Prepare compliance reports and present findings to management

• Provide compliance-related training and guidance to regional staff

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA / BBA / BS in Finance or a related discipline

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Compliance and Risk Management

• Strong knowledge of SBP regulations, AML/CFT, and regulatory frameworks

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
