Unilever is hiring an Assistant Brand Development Manager – Fabric Care to support the development, execution, and delivery of impactful brand strategies across key markets. This role will play a critical part in driving innovation, integrated marketing communications, and consistent brand execution aligned with global guidelines and local consumer insights.

The role will involve, but is not limited to, the following:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including IMC development, TVCs, digital assets, and influencer marketing frameworks
Lead innovation deployment across key markets, managing end-to-end project execution and stakeholder coordination
Collaborate closely with brand building teams on brand strategy, innovation planning, and communication calendars
Partner with creative, digital, PR, activation, and media agencies to deliver high-quality brand experiences across all touchpoints
Ensure consistent brand execution across markets by aligning global brand guidelines with local market needs
2–3 years of experience in Brand Management, Innovation, or Marketing Communications
Proven ability to develop and deliver integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives
Experience working in fast-paced environments with the ability to multitask and remain agile
Strong attention to detail with the ability to evaluate and guide creative agency outputs
High sense of ownership, accountability, and deadline management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose actionable solutions
Consumer-centric approach with awareness of evolving market and consumer trends
Strong analytical skills and sound business acumen
