Nestlé Pakistan is seeking a dynamic Territory Executive to act as a key point of contact for all Sales Operations within the assigned territory. The role focuses on managing field sales activities, distributor relationships, and customer operations to consistently achieve assigned business objectives and KPIs.
Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs for the assigned territory
Develop and implement effective Field Sales Plans
Manage distributors and customers, ensuring smooth operational execution
Execute Channel & Category plans at Points of Purchase (POP) in line with prioritization guidelines
Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality reporting and market information
Maintain strict adherence to Nestlé’s principles, policies, and compliance standards
Drive territory performance through disciplined execution
Strengthen customer and distributor relationships
Monitor market dynamics and outlet performance
Ensure visibility and execution excellence at retail outlets
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of achieving KPIs
Strong understanding of sales functions, including:
Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD)
Customer relationship management
Distribution handling and field execution
Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills
Work with a globally trusted brand
