Nestlé Pakistan is looking for a results-driven Territory Executive to manage and lead Sales Operations within the assigned territory. This role plays a critical part in driving field sales execution, strengthening distributor and customer relationships, and delivering business objectives through consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
Deliver assigned sales targets and performance KPIs for the territory
Plan, execute, and monitor effective Field Sales strategies
Manage distributor and customer operations to ensure seamless execution
Implement Channel and Category plans at Points of Purchase (POP) in line with defined priorities
Provide accurate, timely, and high-quality market intelligence and reporting
Ensure full compliance with Nestlé’s policies, principles, and operational standards
Drive territory growth through disciplined sales execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners
Track market trends, outlet performance, and competitive activity
Ensure strong product visibility and execution excellence across retail outlets
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
1–2 years of sales experience, with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs
Solid understanding of core sales functions, including:
Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD)
Customer relationship management
Distribution and field execution
Strong communication, planning, and execution capabilities
