Molana Tariq Jamil Foundation is seeking courteous, organized, and service-oriented individuals for the position of Front Desk Officer. The role involves managing front desk operations, assisting beneficiaries, handling documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to support the Foundation’s assistance programs.
Receive and assist visitors, beneficiaries, and callers in a professional and respectful manner
Guide beneficiaries in drafting and submitting applications for assistance programs
Verify beneficiary documentation and supporting records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain up-to-date records of applications and documents in both physical files and electronic databases
Provide initial counseling and guidance on eligibility criteria, required documentation, and application procedures
Coordinate with relevant departments for application processing, follow-ups, and case status updates
Support outdoor and field activities, including distribution events and field visits
Provide on-ground administrative and documentation support as required
Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Commerce, Social Sciences, or a related field will be preferred
Prior experience in NGO, welfare organization, front desk, or customer service roles will be an advantage
Basic understanding of documentation, record-keeping, and beneficiary handling procedures
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to participate in outdoor and field activities when required
