The Territory Executive serves as the primary point of contact for all Sales Operations within the assigned territory. This role is responsible for driving sales performance by managing field sales activities, distributors, and customer relationships, while ensuring the achievement of business objectives and KPIs within the defined geographical area.
Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs for the assigned territory
Develop and execute effective field sales plans aligned with business objectives
Manage distributors and customers, ensuring smooth operational execution
Drive implementation of Channel and Category plans at Point of Purchase (POP) and retail outlets according to defined priorities
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales and market information
Maintain strict adherence to company policies, principles, and compliance standards
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of proven experience in sales with consistent achievement of KPIs
Strong understanding of core sales functions, including:
Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD)
Customer relationship management
Distribution and distributor operations
Strong communication, planning, and execution skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders in the field
