The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for leading assigned territories by managing distributors and order bookers to achieve sales targets while effectively executing the company’s sales strategy.
Develop monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories.
Break down monthly targets into daily plans and allocate them to order bookers based on territory coverage.
Monitor daily sales performance and prepare detailed sales reports to track KPIs and target achievement.
Lead, coach, and monitor order bookers to drive productivity and ensure strong product and market knowledge.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective outlet coverage, productivity, and understanding of market dynamics.
Ensure execution of trade marketing activities in line with approved trade marketing plans.
Design and implement effective sales efforts and Permanent Journey Plans (PJPs) based on territory insights and Route-to-Market (RTM) models.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors by aligning mutual objectives to support business growth.
Manage budgets efficiently, forecast sales accurately, and take decisions that maximize returns and optimize revenue management.
