The Commercial Experience Executive is a frontline role within the Commercial Experience team, reporting to the Commercial Experience Manager. The position is based at an Experience Center and plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer interactions, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Welcome, guide, and assist walk-in customers from the floor greeting stage
Handle customer queries at the Experience Center while delivering a superior service experience
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the CRM system and related portals
Ensure the highest quality standards in customer facilitation and service delivery
Drive product upselling and promote relevant services from the Experience Center
Initiate actions to improve customer experience and minimize average wait and service time
Take ownership of customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution
Support customer retention initiatives and manage churn reduction
Coordinate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution
Achieve assigned monthly service, adherence, and sales KPIs
Stay updated on current policies, procedures, promotions, products, and value-added services offered by Jazz
Maintain professionalism, confidence, and customer-centric behavior at all times
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities
Proven sales and customer service expertise
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and email communication
Telecom product knowledge and familiarity with customer management systems
Ability to manage action plans while ensuring standardization and quality compliance
Flexibility to work Experience Center hours based on business requirements
