Job Overview

Molana Tariq Jamil Foundation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Officer to manage and oversee procurement activities related to laboratory equipment, medical supplies, and consumables. The role ensures timely sourcing, cost efficiency, and compliance with organizational procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure laboratory equipment, chemicals, reagents, medicines, and consumables in line with organizational requirements.

• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of medical and laboratory items within approved budgets and quality standards.

• Source reliable vendors and maintain an updated vendor database in accordance with procurement policies.

• Implement vendor selection criteria and ensure compliance with organizational procurement procedures.

• Coordinate with internal teams to avoid delays, duplication, and operational conflicts.

• Monitor procurement processes to ensure transparency, accuracy, and efficiency.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar procurement role.

• Proven experience in procurement within laboratory, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of procurement policies, SOPs, and vendor management processes.

• Knowledge of market trends and general procurement best practices.

• Proficient in MS Office and procurement-related software.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preference

• Candidates residing in Abdul Hakim, Tulamba, or Mian Channu will be preferred.
