National Logistics Corporation (NLC) is seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Manager Marketing & Sales (Agri Export) to lead export sales, marketing operations, and business development initiatives within the agri sector. The role focuses on expanding international markets, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving revenue and profitability targets for agri, pulp, and value-added food products.
MBA (Marketing) or
MS (Marketing & Sales)
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Export Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
Proven exposure within the Agri Sector, including Pulp, Juices, HoReCa, and FMCG
Strong understanding of international trade practices and export regulations
Fluency in English is mandatory
Proficiency in Russian, Chinese, or Middle Eastern languages will be considered an added advantage

Proficiency in CRM systems and IT tools

Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms with clients
Achieve assigned revenue, volume, and profitability targets
Prepare and submit proposals for new ventures and partnerships
Oversee monthly billing, invoicing, and recovery as per contract agreements
Monitor customer performance, finalize business proposals, and close deals
Formulate, improve, and implement commercial policies and procedures
Maintain trade statistics, analyze market trends, and present insights to senior management
Lead commercial operations by increasing sales volumes and resolving business challenges
Drive cross-selling initiatives and expand existing customer relationships
Prepare and present sales budgets, KPIs, and performance reports
Work independently across multiple time zones and manage remote international clients
Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives
