Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager – Conversion to oversee and optimize the end-to-end conversion process. The role requires strong analytical capability, operational coordination, and the ability to drive performance improvements through data-driven insights and effective team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the complete conversion cycle from lead generation to successful closure.

• Analyze lead and conversion data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly conversion KPIs and prepare performance reports.

• Support training and coaching of team members on conversion techniques and customer handling best practices.

• Assist in the development and execution of conversion strategies, campaigns, and sales initiatives.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and process compliance to maximize conversion efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in conversion, operations, or a related industrial role.
