Position Overview

Nestlé is seeking a dynamic and people-focused Assistant Manager Talent to drive talent management, learning, and leadership development initiatives at the factory level. This role plays a key part in executing the Education & Training (E&T) Master Plan while strengthening succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational capability to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute people and talent strategies aligned with short- and long-term business objectives.

• Support Nestlé’s Leadership Principles and Organizational Development initiatives to foster an inclusive, empowered, and high-performance culture.

• Act as a strategic HR partner by supporting site leadership and coaching line managers on core people processes.

• Lead performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes.

• Design and deliver training, coaching, and leadership development programs across functions.

• Conduct competency assessments and ensure effective knowledge-sharing practices.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and strengthen employer branding to attract top talent.

• Collaborate with corporate HR teams to implement HR initiatives at the factory level.

What Will Make You Successful

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Organizational Psychology) from an HEC-recognized institution.

• 3–5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, learning, or HR business partnering.

• Strong adaptability with the ability to respond effectively to evolving business and workforce needs.

• Proven ability to engage employees through meaningful career conversations and value-driven communication.

• Experience working in matrix organizations; FMCG exposure will be an added advantage.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust across teams and functions.
