Relationship Officer – Asset Sales – Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd.

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer – Asset Sales to strengthen its sales and customer relationship efforts. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about financial inclusion, relationship building, and achieving sales excellence while adhering to ethical banking standards.

As a Relationship Officer, you will play a key role in expanding the bank’s customer base, promoting loan products, ensuring portfolio quality, and maintaining strong long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve branch growth targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in assigned areas.

• Promote and sell bank products in line with defined SOPs and ethical standards.

• Achieve assigned sales targets through genuine and compliant sales practices.

• Identify business opportunities through market assessment and customer profiling.

• Evaluate customer creditworthiness using the Five C’s of Credit.

• Ensure accurate documentation and strict compliance with bank policies and SBP regulations.

• Conduct physical verification of customers and ensure proper loan utilization.

• Ensure timely loan recoveries and 100% collection performance.

• Prepare weekly field activity plans and coordinate with Line Manager.

• Conduct regular customer meetings as per product guidelines.

• Report any suspected fraud or risk cases to management promptly.

• Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Support continuous improvement through market feedback and insights.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred).

• 0–1 year of relevant experience in sales, banking, or financial services.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in field-based sales environments.
