Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell UBL credit card products in assigned field areas such as markets, offices, and commercial locations.

• Clearly explain credit card features, benefits, charges, and eligibility criteria to potential customers.

• Collect complete and accurate credit card application forms along with required supporting documents.

• Verify customer information in line with KYC requirements and bank policies.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and acquisition targets.

• Follow up with customers regarding application status and resolve basic queries.

• Maintain daily sales activity reports and provide regular updates to supervisors.

• Ensure full compliance with UBL policies, SBP regulations, and ethical sales practices.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
