Relationship Manager SME – Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd.

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager SME to manage and grow the SME portfolio. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving business growth, ensuring portfolio quality, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve assigned targets while complying with SBP regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow SME business including Housing Finance, School Finance, Commercial Vehicles, and SME loans.

• Lead branch SME operations to achieve profitability, portfolio quality, and sales targets.

• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market assessment and potential.

• Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with SME clients.

• Oversee verification, disbursement, collection, and cross-selling activities.

• Ensure effective portfolio management with focus on zero PAR (Portfolio at Risk).

• Supervise, coach, and motivate Relationship Officers to achieve KPIs and performance goals.

• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and field visits.

• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, internal SOPs, and credit policies.

• Maintain MIS reports related to sales, collections, verification, and disbursement.

• Ensure effective loan documentation, verification, and fraud prevention.

• Coordinate with operations teams for timely disbursement and service delivery.

• Manage customer complaints and maintain high service quality standards.

• Support branch deposit growth through existing and new customer relationships.

• Ensure timely audits, reporting, and compliance with internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) from a recognized institution

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the microfinance or banking sector

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Sound understanding of credit evaluation, SME financing, and portfolio management
