Retail Store Manager – Stylo

Stylo is looking for dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Managers to lead store operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining brand standards in line with company policies.

This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning

• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards

• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to enhance productivity and performance

• Ensure effective inventory control, stock accuracy, and loss prevention

• Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and compliance with financial procedures

• Implement company SOPs, visual merchandising (VM) guidelines, and operational standards

• Monitor store KPIs and take corrective actions to improve performance

• Coordinate with Area Managers to support overall business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Graduate)

Experience & Skills

• 5–6 years of experience in a similar retail management role

• Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills

• Proven expertise in store operations, sales management, and customer engagement

• Good understanding of inventory management, cash controls, and shrinkage prevention

• Ability to execute SOPs, VM guidelines, and operational policies effectively
