Job Overview

Stylo is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing to lead and execute the brand’s overall marketing and corporate branding strategy. This senior leadership role will play a pivotal part in strengthening Stylo’s market presence, driving retail footfall, and accelerating sales performance across all physical retail outlets nationwide.

The role involves close collaboration with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, and Senior Leadership to translate business objectives into impactful, customer-centric marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic insight, commercial acumen, and proven expertise in large-scale retail marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Stylo’s overall marketing and brand strategy aligned with business goals

  • Lead seasonal, national, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and sales growth

  • Oversee retail marketing execution and ensure consistent in-store brand presentation across all locations

  • Maintain brand governance, visual identity, and communication standards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives

  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize resource allocation

  • Lead and manage creative agencies, media partners, and external vendors

  • Utilize consumer insights and market trends to strengthen brand relevance and customer engagement


Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field


Experience & Skills

  • 10–12 years of progressive marketing experience within footwear, fashion, or large-scale retail

  • 3–5 years in a senior leadership or head-of-function role

  • Strong expertise in corporate branding, retail marketing, and multi-store operations

  • Proven ability to drive footfall, sales performance, and brand equity

  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills

  • Hands-on experience managing national campaigns, agencies, and marketing budgets
