Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers through outbound and inbound calls to promote UBL credit cards and value-added banking products.

• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and eligibility to match customer needs.

• Achieve assigned sales and cross-sell targets within defined timelines.

• Maintain a healthy call connection ratio and ensure productive call management.

• Ensure accurate usage of internal systems and applications for customer data and sales tracking.

• Adhere to service quality, courtesy, and compliance standards at all times.

• Maintain punctuality, attendance, and required manned minutes to meet productivity benchmarks.

• Collaborate with team members to support overall departmental goals.
