The Territory Sales Manager – Key Accounts will be responsible for leading assigned territories by managing distributors and order bookers to achieve sales targets, strengthen market presence, and execute effective route-to-market strategies.
Collaborate closely with Regional Key Account Managers (RKAMs) and Sales Support teams to implement effective route-to-market strategies
Set daily and weekly sales targets for distributors and retailers, ensuring consistent performance tracking
Develop strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to drive business growth
Monitor sales performance, resolve product or distribution issues, and provide timely feedback to internal teams
Design and execute Payment Journey Plans (PJPs) based on territory insights and market dynamics
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and payment recovery
Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock availability, expiry management, and merchandising standards
Identify and expand opportunities in under-served markets using market intelligence and customer insights
Share market feedback with Marketing, QIRD, and RKAM teams for product and strategy optimization
Monitor regional spend against allocated budgets and highlight variances
Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving consumer behavior
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduate)
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant sales experience (FMCG preferred)
