We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support field-level HR operations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies, systems, and governance frameworks. The role requires strong stakeholder management, operational HR expertise, and the ability to drive people initiatives across assigned regions.
Execute HRBP activities at field level in alignment with approved HR policies, governance frameworks, and authority matrices.
Act as a key HR partner for regional, site, and outlet management, providing advisory support within defined HR guidelines.
Manage and oversee PMS cycles including goal setting, performance reviews, documentation, and calibration coordination.
Ensure disciplined implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements across assigned locations.
Support investigations and disciplinary processes in coordination with HRBP leadership.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Benefits teams for manpower planning, hiring logistics, onboarding, and payroll accuracy.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records, contracts, and documentation.
Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and trackers for management review and decision-making.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in field-based or operations-driven environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to enforce discipline and work independently within defined frameworks.
Sound understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
