National Foods Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen relationships with distributors, customers, and retail partners. The role is responsible for ensuring strong market presence, operational excellence, and achievement of sales objectives across the assigned region.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with National Foods Limited’s revenue and growth objectives.
Cascade sales targets to zonal and territory teams and ensure achievement through effective performance management.
Establish systems to monitor, analyze, and report sales performance and KPIs.
Collaborate closely with Sales Support and Marketing teams to develop and implement route-to-market strategies.
Prepare and manage the regional sales budget, ensuring accurate tracking of expenditures and variances.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
Identify growth opportunities in underserved and emerging markets within the region.
Lead pricing discussions and finalize commercial agreements with channel partners.
Coordinate with Marketing and QIRD teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and product performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews with Zonal Sales Managers and provide coaching to enhance team effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and operational procedures.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and evolving consumer behavior.
Prepare and present periodic sales and performance reports to management.
