Zong Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Head – Sales & Services to lead business growth and customer engagement in the Sialkot region. The role is responsible for driving industry revenue, acquiring and retaining key accounts, expanding portfolio adoption (Cloud, DICT/Solutions, Mobility, Fixed Connectivity), and ensuring best-in-class post-sales experience.
This position serves as the single commercial point of contact for enterprise and government customers while acting as a field leader representing Zong’s brand, values, and performance standards.
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, margin, and new account acquisition targets for Zong Pakistan.
Drive expansion within existing enterprise and government accounts.
Develop and execute regional industry-wise sales strategies aligned with Zong’s business objectives.
Ensure accurate account and industry tagging in collaboration with IGPD teams.
Identify white-space opportunities and prioritize high-potential customers across the region.
Maintain detailed account plans including stakeholders, decision-makers, risks, and opportunities.
Build strong customer advocacy and reference accounts for Zong.
Maintain a healthy and competitive sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and structured deal reviews.
Monitor pipeline coverage, deal velocity, and conversion rates to meet growth targets.
Lead customer discovery sessions covering business, technical, and commercial requirements.
Position Zong’s integrated solutions portfolio including Cloud, Network, DICT, and Connectivity services.
Coordinate with Solution Architects, Delivery teams, and internal stakeholders for proposals, PoCs, and solution designs.
Collaborate with CSPs, SIs, and ISPs to drive joint opportunities.
Align joint account strategies with Zong’s Cloud and Partnership teams.
Leverage partner ecosystems to accelerate revenue growth.
Capture market insights, competitor movements, pricing trends, and win/loss analysis.
Share actionable feedback with IGPD, Product, Cloud, and DICT teams to enhance offerings.
Ensure timely billing, collections, and resolution of commercial disputes.
Own customer satisfaction and service quality in collaboration with Service Assurance teams.
Manage escalations and ensure smooth service delivery and acceptance.
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, B2B solutions, or telecom/ICT environments.
