As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving indirect sales performance within your assigned territory. You will manage franchise operations, expand market presence, and convert business opportunities into sustainable revenue growth while ensuring alignment with Telenor’s strategic objectives.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective franchise management
Drive key performance indicators including:
Gross Adds / First Call Activation (FCA)
Primary & Secondary Recharge revenue
Financial Services, Devices, and Internet products
Location-based business KPIs
Strengthen market presence and grow share within the assigned territory
Execute strategic sales initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Manage and enable franchise partners while ensuring compliance with PTA regulations and company SOPs
Lead onboarding and performance management of new and existing partners
Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and monitor competitor activity
Enhance CSAT/DSAT and strengthen franchise capability through training and engagement
Improve retail footprint and product availability
Monitor channel investments and ensure healthy sales performance
Maintain quality standards across all sales verticals
Contribute to special projects assigned by management to enhance Sales & Distribution effectiveness

Education:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business or a related field)
Experience:
Experience in sales and/or distribution within a structured organization
Prior team leadership or partner management experience is preferred

Analytical mindset with sound business acumen
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
Strong understanding of corporate culture and professional ethics
