Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Banking Services Manager to oversee branch operations and ensure seamless service delivery. The role focuses on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and effective people management.
Lead, supervise, and uplift overall branch operations in line with bank policies and SBP regulations.
Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve operational and service excellence.
Ensure full compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a customer-centric environment and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Oversee staff performance, punctuality, discipline, and adherence to dress code and SOPs.
Ensure dual control mechanisms, security of cash, vaults, keys, passwords, and sensitive records.
Supervise daily cash operations, account balancing, and reconciliation of suspense and GL accounts.
Ensure proper handling and documentation of deposits, cash, remittances, clearing, bills, recoveries, and digital banking services (JazzCash, etc.).
Manage audit processes (Internal, External, SBP) and ensure timely compliance of observations.
Supervise maintenance of security stationery, vault records, PDCs, and sensitive documents.
Authorize financial and non-financial transactions ensuring no pending approvals at day-end.
Ensure availability of trained backups for critical roles and recommend staff training when required.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth branch operations.
Manage HR and administrative matters at branch level.
Perform any other task assigned by the Line Manager.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience.
Strong knowledge of branch operations, compliance, and customer service standards.
