The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for leading assigned territories by managing distributors and order bookers to achieve sales targets and ensure effective execution of the company’s sales strategy.
Develop monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories.
Prepare daily sales plans and assign targets to order bookers to ensure optimal market coverage.
Monitor and analyze sales performance through regular reporting against KPIs and targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate order bookers to achieve productivity and performance goals.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure outlet coverage, availability, and execution excellence.
Ensure implementation of trade marketing initiatives in line with approved plans.
Design and manage effective PJPs by understanding routes, territories, and RTM models.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to drive mutual business growth.
Manage budgets efficiently, forecast sales accurately, and support revenue optimization.

Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)
