Position Overview

The Jr. Technical Officer – Electrical is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and safety of electrical systems within the clinker manufacturing area. The role supports uninterrupted plant operations through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily shift reports, ongoing electrical issues, and operational conditions of equipment.

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and field equipment.

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, operational interruptions, and emergency situations in coordination with the Area In-Charge.

• Conduct daily inspections of critical installations, including substations and control panel rooms, and report abnormalities.

• Execute scheduled inspections, calibration activities, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

• Prepare work permits and ensure proper documentation for assigned maintenance activities.

• Ensure all electrical maintenance work complies with industrial standards and quality requirements.

• Maintain proper handling and security of tools, manuals, control panels, and substations.

• Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the clinker manufacturing area.

• Prepare detailed activity and completion reports as required by management.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: DAE (Electrical)

• Experience: 03 to 05 years of relevant industrial experience

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, maintenance procedures, and safety practices.

• High level of professionalism, reliability, and commitment to work.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to comply with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
