The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for leading assigned territories by managing distributors and order bookers, driving sales growth, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
Develop monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories.
Plan and assign daily targets to order bookers to ensure effective market coverage.
Monitor sales performance through reports and KPIs to track achievements against targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate order bookers to maximize productivity and performance.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective outlet coverage and understand market dynamics.
Ensure execution of trade marketing activities in line with approved plans.
Design and implement effective sales routes and journey plans (PJP & RTM).
Build strong relationships with distributors to achieve mutual business objectives.
Manage sales budgets, forecast performance, and optimize revenue while controlling costs.
