Job Overview

Afson Seeds is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations and strengthen market presence in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will manage sales teams, build strong dealer and farmer relationships, and ensure achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate field and sales staff.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

• Oversee timely recovery of outstanding payments.

• Prepare and submit regular sales and field activity reports to head office.

Eligibility / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in seed or agri-input sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Basic computer proficiency.
