The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for leading assigned territories by effectively managing distributors and order bookers to achieve sales targets and successfully implement the company’s sales strategy.
Develop monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories.
Break down monthly targets into daily targets and assign them to order bookers based on defined routes and areas.
Monitor daily performance of order bookers and guide them towards target achievement.
Prepare, analyze, and share sales performance reports to track KPIs and target attainment.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure optimal outlet coverage, productivity, and visibility.
Ensure implementation of trade marketing activities in line with approved trade marketing plans.
Plan effective sales routes and Permanent Journey Plans (PJPs) by analyzing territory dynamics and RTM.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned distributors to achieve mutually beneficial business objectives.
Manage territory budgets, sales forecasting, and revenue planning to maximize returns and control costs.
Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activities to support informed decision-making.
