The Regional Industry Head A will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and expanding Zong 4G’s presence in the corporate and government sector. The role focuses on acquiring new B2B clients, strengthening relationships with existing corporate customers, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term client retention.
Drive sales of Fixed Broadband solutions including Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs, Cloud Computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions to B2B and corporate segments.
Collaborate closely with technical and solution teams to design customized solutions aligned with client requirements.
Identify new business opportunities and develop competitive, value-driven proposals for corporate clients.
Onboard revenue-generating customers and expand the existing corporate client portfolio.
Strengthen client confidence through consistent service quality and proactive relationship management.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets approved by management.
Explore new growth avenues within the existing customer base.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers.
Proactively address customer issues to ensure service continuity, referrals, and fresh activations.
Ensure revenue assurance in line with assigned targets.
Maximize revenue from existing clients and generate new revenue streams from prospective customers.
Monitor corporate activations and disconnections, including root-cause analysis.
Develop and implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn.
Resolve service, billing, and operational issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Preference will be given to candidates with BS Telecom, BS Computer Science, or related disciplines
4–5 years of relevant experience in B2B / Corporate Sales, preferably in the telecom or technology sector
