The Deputy Manager – Compensation & Benefits will support senior management in making timely, accurate, and data-driven decisions related to rewards, compensation, and benefits. The role ensures internal equity, market competitiveness, and effective service delivery across the organization.
Develop and maintain pragmatic compensation and benefits structures aligned with business objectives.
Ensure internal equity by benchmarking employee compensation against industry standards.
Manage and communicate salary and benefits changes to employees nationwide.
Prepare and monitor the annual HR cost and compensation budget.
Design and implement SOPs to enhance service delivery and process optimization.
Support development and continuous improvement of HR systems (SAP & ESSP).
Prepare monthly HR dashboards and quarterly management reports with analytics.
Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable HR data reporting to management.
Assign and supervise operational tasks within the compensation & benefits team.
Provide effective operational support through coordination with HR functional teams.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and organizational standards.
BBA / MBA / ACCA or relevant certification in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits
Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant professional experience
Strong command of MS Office, data analysis, and reporting tools
Sound knowledge of labor laws and salary taxation
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
