The GTM Lead will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing franchisee satisfaction, and improving overall customer experience through effective channel operations management within the Lahore zone. The role focuses on market intelligence, franchisee performance optimization, sales support, and branding execution to ensure sustainable commercial success.
Drive revenue growth by strengthening channel operations and improving franchisee engagement.
Ensure superior customer experience through effective franchisee management and operational excellence.
Monitor and improve franchisee performance, especially low-performing outlets, by identifying gaps and implementing corrective action plans aligned with company targets.
Address critical and violator franchisees by discussing reported non-compliance and ensuring corrective measures in line with company policies and procedures.
Ensure daily housekeeping standards on the NayaSavera platform, ensuring franchisees operate according to company guidelines.
Analyze competitor strengths, weaknesses, pricing, market share, and promotional strategies to support informed decision-making and maintain market competitiveness.
Provide actionable market insights based on regular market visits and channel updates.
Present comprehensive market intelligence and channel insights during monthly sales meetings to support strategic planning and sales execution.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align GTM strategies with ground realities.
Monitor daily NayaSavera stock management manually and through NSD systems to ensure effective inventory control.
Conduct daily discussions with franchisees on ongoing company policies, including:
Absorption schemes
Special discounts
Tour programs
YEI initiatives
Provide guidance and motivation to franchisees to support business growth and policy adherence.
Closely monitor branding drives throughout the year.
Coordinate with brand managers and external vendors to ensure timely and effective branding execution.
Provide on-ground support to ensure branding activities meet company standards and objectives.
